After George Kordahi, Ragheb Alama’s death rumor in Israeli raid spreads
In the past few hours, many fake stories have been spreading online claiming that Lebanese star Ragheb Alama was killed in an Israeli airstrike in Lebanon.
Social media users circulated the news claiming that singer Ragheb Alama was first injured in an Israeli attack on Lebanon’s Saint Therese – Hadath area.
Noting that the Lebanese singer owns the Saint George School, which was damaged as a result of the raids helping in the spread of the rumor online.
The audience interacted with this rumor, wondering about the truth of the Lebanese artist’s death, and many sources confirmed that Alama is in good condition and that he is not currently in Lebanon.
It is noteworthy that this is not the first time that a rumor has spread about the death of Alama, about a month ago about his death in a traffic accident in the Achrafieh area.
But, Alama came out and confirmed that he was in good health and that all these allegations were being spread by what he called “enemies of success.”
Days ago, another rumor about George Kordahi, Lebanese TV presenter and former host of the Arabic version of ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?’ spread that he also passed away in an airstrike in Lebanon.
George Kordahi, former Minister of Information of Lebanon, came out in a voice message and denied the allegation. George Kordahi said: “Greetings, I am George Kordahi. A rumor was spread about my death and the false news was put in the context of a video report about me, my positions and my professional history. I did not want to respond to this rumor, but many friends and admirers called to inquire and check up on me, and I found it my duty to reassure all my fans and friends in Lebanon and the Arab world.”
