Eid Al Fitr
In case you aren’t aware, Eid Al Fitr marks the end of Ramadan, and it is observed from Ramadan 29 to Shawwal 3 on the Islamic Calendar. Depending on the moon, residents will enjoy a six-day break from Monday, April 8 to Thursday, April 11, or a nine-day break from Monday, April 8 to Friday, April 12.
Arafat day
A significant day in Islam that occurs 70 days after Eid Al Fitr, will fall on June 15, 2024, followed by Eid Al Adha from Dhu Al-Hijjah 10 to 12. The Hijri New Year will begin on Sunday, July 7, 2024, marking the start of a new lunar Hijri year.
Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) birthday
More known as Al-Mawlid Al-Nabawi, and it is expected to be celebrated on September 15, 2024. Commemoration Day will be observed on December 1, followed by UAE National Day on December 2 and 3, providing a four-day break for residents in the UAE.
