UAE president met with Israeli PM on Sunday, state news agency says

UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Abu Dhabi on Sunday, with the two leaders discussing bilateral ties and ways to strengthen them.

“The two sides discussed bilateral relations between the UAE and Israel and ways to strengthen and further develop them,” WAM said.

The UAE and Israel established diplomatic relations in 2020 under the US-brokered Abraham Accords.
