Justin Bieber pays tribute to the late Nora Rahal’s son, Alex

Superstar Justin Bieber has brought the name of the late young musician Alexandros Apostolopoulos, son of Lebanese artist Nora Rahal, back into the spotlight after using a musical piece composed by Alex in a promotional advertisement for his own eyewear brand “SKYLRK”.

Bieber posted a promotional video for his “SKYLRK Speed ​​Demon” sunglasses, featuring interchangeable lenses, on his official Instagram account.

The video showed him wearing the sunglasses, while the accompanying music was by the late Alex.

The post garnered widespread attention from Arab and international audiences, who considered it an exceptional tribute to the talent of a young artist who passed away too soon.

Nora Rahal announced on June 29 via a post on her social media on Monday the death of her older son, Alex, 24, after a tragic accident.

Rahal said, “Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live. With complete faith and hope in the resurrection of Christ, I bid farewell to my beloved son and angel, Alex, and entrust him into the Lord’s hands.”
