Saudi Aramco to review alternative crude export routes to avoid Hormuz, source says

Saudi Arabian oil giant Aramco will review alternative routes to export its crude oil to avoid the Strait of Hormuz, an industry source said on Tuesday, including by using the east-west pipeline to ship crude via the western Red Sea coast.

Reuters later reported citing sources that Aramco has informed some buyers of its Arab Light crude that they must load cargoes at Yanbu on the western Red Sea coast which would allow it to avoid the Strait of Hormuz due to attacks on shipping.
