He was arrested back on February 19 on multiple charges such as felony transmission of video/photo of nudity without consent, electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor, and making harassing phone calls toward the victims, as reported by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia.
The sheriff’s office also confirmed that McDowell is being held without bond, but withheld additional details regarding McDowell’s arrest due to a Georgia law that prohibits the release of information related to child abuse cases.
In 2018, he clashed with the police in Lee County, Alabama after trying to evade them during a dangerous driving incident, which caused his arrest. He was later arrested and given a mugshot, which turned him into the famous internet sensation he is now.
