As fans await the upcoming season of Ramez Galal’s popular franchise in Ramadan, rumor has it that the Egyptian actor and singer has paid a hefty price tag to host one of Egypt’s top stars, Ahmed El Awady.
The upcoming reality show will be titled “Ramez Elon Masr” and feature many well-known celebrities across the Arab world. Rumor has it that Galal paid El Awady a whopping 10 million Egyptian pounds (approximately $197,000), sparking debate across social media about the price with some fans claiming that hosting the actor should’ve cost more.

Ramez Galal recently revealed the show’s poster on Instagram which showcased him riding a rocket in space while wearing an astronaut suit. He captioned it, “In the name of Allah, we put our trust in Allah, O Allah, blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions, and may our Lord end it well and complete it with cover, Ramadan Kareem.”
It’s important to note that it’s still unclear who Ramez Galal’s next victim is in “Ramez Elon Masr” but fans are speculating that Lebanese singer Nawal El Zoghbi might be next in line. On the contrary, others claimed that the Lebanese singer might join Galal as an assistant as well.
In Ramadan 2024, Ramez Galal broke records with his TV show called “Ramez Jab Men El Akher”. His Prank show focuses on hosting a number of Egyptian and Arab celebrities.
