Cemre Baysel faces harassment on ‘Leyla’ set; one suspect caught

 Cemre Baysel faced a frightening harassment incident while filming “Leyla.”

There is shocking information from behind the scenes of the series “Leyla: Life… Love… Justice,” in which Cemre Baysel was exposed to a terrible circumstance during production. This occurred when she observed two people watching her from the window when she was resting in her trailer.

As soon as she became aware of the scenario, she promptly contacted the security personnel on the set, expressing her displeasure with the circumstance in which she felt insecure.

A threatening phone call was received by Cemre’s mother, which drove her to quickly go to the police station to report the occurrence and pursue the appropriate legal procedures against the harassers. This was a serious development that led to Cemre’s mother taking urgent action.

Security personnel scoured the area surrounding the filming location after the two suspects fled the scene; however, they were initially unsuccessful in locating the individuals responsible for the crime. Cemre, however, made the decision to travel to the police station herself in order to officially report the occurrence and demand the appropriate safety for herself and her family. This did not stop the investigations from continuing.

The police were able to apprehend and detain one of the perpetrators of the attack after conducting thorough security follow-ups. However, the hunt for the other suspect is still ongoing at this time. The inquiry is also looking at all of the digital transactions that are connected to the occurrence. This includes looking at phone records and digital traces, with the goal of gaining a comprehensive understanding of the circumstances surrounding the case.

In the aftermath of the incident, improved safety precautions were taken at the area where the television series “Leyla: Life… Love… Justice” was being filmed in order to guarantee the well-being of Cemre and the ensemble cast and crew.
