Indian airlines, airports received nearly 1,000 hoax bomb threats until Nov 14: Minister

Airlines and airports in India received 999 hoax bomb threats this year until Nov. 14, the deputy civil aviation minister told parliament on Thursday.

Police registered 256 complaints in connection with the threats and 12 people had been arrested during the same period, he said.
