 American singer Joe Jonas went viral across social media after responding to a comment his fan made on TikTok about wanting to date him. The fan expressed how much she dreams of meeting and falling in love with him. 

His fan said, “My most delulu moment is that I’m in love with Joe Jonas, but I don’t follow him on any social media because I’m waiting for the day I meet him, he falls in love with me and I can pretend I barely know who he was,” so they can follow each other once they’re dating.

Joe responded on the video-sharing platform with, “Does the plan still work if he sees this?”

Other fans commended the girl’s courage by shooting her shot with comments like “At least she shot her shot” and “At least she tried.”

The singer recently released his single, “What This Could Be,” on YouTube and Spotify which was received positively by fans of the star including comments like, “I’m loving this healthy and peaceful era” and “The first 2 songs off the album are amazing! Can’t wait for the rest!”

The singer also recently made headlines after removing Diddy from his song “Cake By The Ocean” which he was part of the lyrics due to his recent arrest in New York City over sex trafficking and sexual assault, according to Buzzfeed. Moreover, fans also expressed that they didn’t know Diddy was in the song.

Joe filed for divorce from his late wife and actress Sophie Turner in Sept. 2023 after four years of marriage due to months of legal battles including the custody of their daughters and a broken relationship.
