Iran’s Supreme National Security Council convene over Hamas leader assassination
Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, with the presence of senior commanders of the Guards, convened early Wednesday to discuss the assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.
Iran’s foreign ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani said on Wednesday that assassinated Hamas leader
Ismail Haniyeh’s “blood will never be wasted.”
“Haniyeh’s martyrdom in Tehran will strengthen the deep and unbreakable bond between Tehran, Palestine, and the resistance,” Kanaani was quoted as saying by Iranian state media.
