But it seems that this wound will remain open, as the government in Kiev refuses to hold elections in the two provinces, or a referendum on autonomy, since the majority of the population is of Russian origin, and demands control over them with all the details, which will threaten the credibility of the results according to previous experiences of the Ukrainian government.

According to sources and reports, it examined the restrictions on the inhabitants of the two provinces in a suffocating way, to the point of preventing and prosecuting those who speak the Russian dialect, as well as on religious freedom, freedom of expression and opinion, and examined human rights violations through arrests on the pretext of affiliation to the opposition, and on the basis that the constitution prohibits non-circulation Ukrainian language.

In exchange for these actions and restrictions, according to the information received, Kiev, in cooperation with “Crimean Tatar leader Mustafa Jamilov”, began preparing for a million march to the Russian Crimea.
