Russian Model Falls Almost Naked From Her Boyfriend’s 3rd-Floor Flat Window

A Russian model is fighting for her life after ‘falling almost naked from a window’ in Moscow amid fears of foul play.
Ksenia Puntus, 21, was in a third-floor flat belonging to her boyfriend Andrei Bakov – grandson of film director Nikita Milhalkov – reports suggest.
She was found in bushes by a street cleaner after lying outside for ‘some hours’ in temperatures of minus 5C (23F).
The model – who has posed for Russian Vogue and Tatler – suffered head and chest injuries as well as a broken pelvis, ribs and legs.
A preliminary criminal probe has been opened amid claims of a cover-up surrounding the incident.
Model Alesya Kafelnikova – daughter of Russian tennis star Yevgeny Kafelnikov and friend of Ms Puntus – said Ksenia ‘was found undressed in the bushes not far from the block of flats where she allegedly fell.
‘It is incredibly sad, we are praying for her. She remembers nothing except her name.’
Ms Kafenikova, 21, said she had suspicious about how Ms Puntus – who was at a party that evening – became injured. But Moscow police have not so far issued a statement on the case.
She posted: ‘She was clearly hidden. It was a cleaner who found her and called the ambulance.’
She strongly denied rumours that her friend took drugs.
‘Ksenia was not taking drugs, which means we and her family know that something wrong happened,’ she said.
‘But people who were at the party with her deny everything and insist they took her back home to her boyfriend.’
A preliminary criminal investigation has been launched and reports say boyfriend Mr Bakov, 20, has been interviewed by police as a witness after they woke him when Ms Puntus was found in bushes under his central Moscow flat.
He is the grandson of highly-decorated film director Mr Mikhailov, 74, a strong supporter of Vladimir Putin.
Bakov’s mother is actress and model Anna Mikhailova, 45.
Ms Puntus has undergone two operations since her fall on January 11, and is now in intensive care in a Moscow hospital.
Doctors were not making any forecasts over her condition, it was reported.
Her mother said Ms Puntus is in a ‘grave’ condition.
She claimed evidence at the scene where Ms Puntus fell suggested someone had tried to hide her in the bushes when she was unconscious.
