Kardashian-Jenner Clan Were Unable to Host Their Annual Christmas Eve Bash

The Kardashian-Jenner clan were unable to host their annual Christmas Eve bash this year due to COVID-19, so they opted for a family-only gathering on Thursday night.

Yet Kim Kardashian did not let the size of the get together stop her from putting on an ultra glamorous display, as she wowed in dramatic statement earrings and a custom warrior-inspired ensemble.

Kim, 40, gave a whole new meaning to ‘rock hard abs’ as she slipped her curvaceous physique into a jaw-dropping Schiaparelli get-up.

The top of Kim’s custom creation was made to fit her ample bust and trim waistline, but included six-pack detailing on the abdominal area.

A silk skirt in a a stunning shade of lime green with a dramatic slit completed the KKW Beauty CEO’s hourglass silhouette.

Her long, brunette hair was slicked back and styled into a dramatic braid that flowed past her waist.

Hanging from her ears were a pair of ultra heaving drop earrings complete with diamond encrusted serpent shaped charms and onyx bulbs.

In a slew of videos shared to her Instagram Story, Kim modeled the Grecian-inspired ensemble for her 195million followers.

First, she showed off every detail, including the custom tag inside her skirt and each awe-inspiring element of her dramatic drop earrings.

Though she chose the onyx-dominated ones, Kim was gifted a variety of earrings by the designer to choose from.

Before handing off the camera to a family member, the SKIMS CEO stood before a mirror in her closet and captured her get-up in selfie mode.

Kylie Jenner, who is also known for her outrageously glam fashion taste, posed outside her Hidden Hills mansion in a sparkling red number.

The 23-year-old makeup mogul’s statement making dress featured long sleeves, a sexy mock neck, and it flowed all the way down to her ankles.

Jenner’s shoulder-length auburn hair was styled into a half up half down do and she rocked her go-to cateye liner look.

‘mrs.claus,’ captioned Kylie, who completed her ensemble with a pair of pointed red heels.

Taking to her Instagram Story, Kylie shared a few close-up videos of her makeup and captured a stunning video in one of the mirrors in her hallway.

Kylie’s older sister Kendall used Instagram to unveil her eye-catching ensemble for the evening, which featured a strapless metallic gold top.

‘lil present,’ captioned the runway maven, 25, who posed for her self-portraits in front of an illuminated Christmas tree.

Allowing her ruched top to pull focus, Kendall threw on a pair of plain black hot pants and some semi sheer nylons.
She slipped her feet into a pair of platform zebra print heels that provided a bit of contrast to her look.

The KUWTK star kept accessories to a minimum by rocking a set of gold studded wrist cuffs and by fastening some gold hoops to her ears.

Jenner’s lengthy brunette hair was parted down the middle and flowed down her back and chest in sleek strands.

Kendall also ended up sharing an outtake from the impromptu photoshoot to her Instagram Story, as well as photos and video from the Kardashian-Jenner gathering.
The striking outtake showed Jenner staring into the camera lens with her chin resting in the palms of her hands.

Kendall captured a brief video of her mother Kris Jenner and marveled at the 65-year-old’s youthful appearance.

Kris could be seen sitting on one of the ivory couches in her eldest daughter Kourtney Kardashian’s living room, while sipping on a cocktail.

Kim, Kendall, and Kylie also indulged in a few delectable drinks, themselves, which they proudly shared to their Instagram Stories.
Like in years past, Kourtney was the host of Thursday night’s low key Kardashian-Jenner party.

‘Just the family coming over tonight ⛄️ wishing you all a merry and safe Christmas Eve,’ wrote Kourtney on Instagram as she modeled two potential outfits for the evening.

First, the POOSH founder, 41, threw on a vintage Prada mini dress that was picked out by her stylist Dani Michelle from Resurrection Vintage in West Hollywood.

The darling dress had a bright red bodice and brown criss-cross straps that coordinated with its lower half.
As an added detail, a belt with a candy cane inspired buckle was fastened around Kourtney’s trim waist.

To complete the high fashion ensemble, she slipped her feet into a pair of white patent leather wedge heels with gold hardware.

Despite being dressed to the nines, Kourtney sported a noticeably makeup-free face and had her lengthy raven hair tied up into a high ponytail.

In her initial self-portrait, Kardashian posed opposite a light up lawn ornament shaped like a snowman.

Taking to her Instagram Story, Kourtney touted the latest piece she posted to her lifestyle site POOSH as she posed with a present in hand.

Her glitzy get-up hugged her in all the right places and the jewels that were sewn along the neckline and waist matched the earrings in her ears.

Taking the look up a notch, Kourtney threw on some dark green tights and slipped on a pair of trendy platform heels.

To give her followers a better look at her outdoor Christmas decor this year, she included a night shot of her front yard.

Her steps and entryway were littered with a variety of light up Santa Claus’ and snowmen of every size.

The party came as Kim shared decades worth of family memories amid the holiday season.

Just like their Christmas Eve gala, the family decided to cancel their annual Christmas card photoshoot due to the coronavirus pandemic.

‘Since we didn’t do a Christmas card this year, I thought I would flashback to some,’ the reality star wrote via Instagram Stories on Thursday. ‘I hope everyone has a happy and healthy holiday.’

Ahead of her trip down memory lane, she raised eyebrows after posting a recent vacation photo of her ‘fam’ without husband Kanye West amid speculation rumors.

Despite claims they are living separate lives as she is mostly in LA while he spends time on their Wyoming ranch, she included a throwback of their 2019 family holiday card.

In the heart-melting photo, Kim and her four children, North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, two, and Psalm, one, all wore matching grey sweatpants while nestled together on a staircase with doting dad West, 43.

Among the dozens of other adorable snaps, Kim shared sweet images, which included her mother Kris Jenner, 65, and siblings Kourtney Kardashian, 41, Khloé Kardashian, 36, Rob Kardashian, 33, Kendall Jenner, 25, and Kylie Jenner, 23.

Additionally, her late father, Robert, and ex-stepfather Caitlyn Jenner were present in many of the photos.

Over the years they’ve opted for more informal attire, a sharp transition from past cards, like in 2011 when they sported black-tie and Khloé was still married to Lamar Odom.

Kim’s throwbacks were also brimming with memories that included her eldest sister’s ex Scott Disick, who is the father of Kourtney three children.

Other cute standouts included their 2006 family portrait of all the siblings in jeans and white shirts, next to Kris and her ex-husband.

In 2007, when they made their reality TV debut, they posed for a black and white shot, which included the message: ‘Life is not measured by how many breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.’

A year later, the girls wore red gowns, while Rob and then-Bruce wore tuxedos.

In 2010, the Kardashian-Jenner clan rocked demure and dark colors, apart from Kim, who wore a white Emilio Pucci dress.

Unlike her sisters in dresses, Kourtney matched her then-boyfriend, Scott, in a black pantsuit, as she held onto her firstborn Mason’s hand.

Two years later, Penelope Disick made her debut on the 2012 card, which showed the family wearing white and throwing confetti.

While Rob appeared to be serving as the family’s DJ, Kris held onto a drink and Khloé cozied up to her then-husband in a skintight white dress.

Upon carefully reviewing the card, Kim pointed out one of her pets, who made a cameo.

‘Who remembers my cat Mercy??’ she asked of the little kitten, who could be seen under a table and a few flutes of champagne.

While bringing Santa was common for them over the years, in the late Eighties, they spiced things up by posing with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, who rocked a festive hat and white beard.

In the mid-1990s, after Caitlyn got a Harley for Christmas, the crew all wore leather jackets and posed by the motorcycle.

Additionally, a sweet shot, from 1995, showed Caitlyn (pre-transition) holding baby Kendall ahead of her first Christmas.

Hilariously, Kim caught a typo on an early Nineties card, which wrongly spelled Khloé’s name as Kholé.

‘Khloé’s name spelled wrong wtf,’ she captioned the picture, which was previously pointed out by the throwback Instagram account @90sanxiety.

The typo also caught Khloé’s eye earlier this month, who reposted on her Instagram Story with the caption: ‘Wait!! @90sanxiety just pointed out the typo in my name!!! So rude! The disrespect of it all lol.’

More recent shots included the women’s growing families, and in 2017, their 86-year-old grandmother Mary Jo Campbell.

Meanwhile, Kim and her husband – who she wed in 2014 and have four children together – have been weathered with marital problems amid his ongoing mental health problems and his doomed bid for presidency.

The power couple are reportedly still together, but a source tells PEOPLE they ‘very much live separate lives’ currently.

‘Kim has work and projects that are important to her, and Kanye has his,’ the insider adds.

The source says Kim and Kanye’s lives ‘don’t overlap much’ and Kim is happy focusing on her legal studies and her businesses like SKIMS and KKW Beauty.

Earlier this month, the family extensively documented their snowy getaway to Lake Tahoe on social media this week, which included staying at a lush 15-acre estate.

As the famous family filmed the final season of their reality show at a 17,000-square-foot home for $6,000 a night, the E! stars enjoyed stunning lake views and a huge deck with fire pits that looked perfect for making s’mores.

A production crew for Keeping Up With the Kardashians was also reportedly shooting footage of the household for the 20th season of their E! series, per a TMZ report.

The property they rented, previously featured on Arie Luyendyk’s season of The Bachelor in 2018, is named Gunbarrel Lodge, after the iconic Heavenly Ski Resort.

West did not appear to be present.
