In the post, shared with Grande’s 178million Instagram followers, the 26-year-old pop star labeled Gaga a ‘literal angel’ and credited her for changing her ‘life in many ways.’
Ariana noted that she would tell Gaga ‘more about it later,’ which prompted fans to speculate about a possible collaboration between the superstars.
In conjunction with her caption, Grande posted a selfie-style portrait of herself and the Stupid Love songstress posing in what looked to be a recording studio.
She continued: ‘u make my heart feel so full and happy and understood @ladygaga. wishing u all the joy in the world today and every day ! have some pasta.’
Grande’s birthday tribute has since garnered over one million likes on Instagram.
The speculation surrounding the pair’s potential collaboration comes days after Gaga took to social media to announce that the release of her fifth studio album Chromatica would be postponed.
She dropped the bomb on fans as she wrote: ‘I wanted to tell you, that after a lot of deliberation, I’ve made the incredibly tough decision to postpone the release of Chromatica.
The record was slated for an April 10 release, but Gaga declared that she will ‘announce a new 2020 release date soon.’
She also made the shocking revelation that she was set to do a secret set at highly-popular California music festival , Coachella, which was scheduled over two weekends next month but was postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Gaga explained: ‘I had so many fun things planned for us to celebrate together…
‘I had a secret Coachella set lined up, and a lot of other fun surprises, some of which I’m still planning to share with all of you very soon!’
She last performed at the celebrity-filled festival as a headliner in 2017.
