Sherine Abdel Wahab said she goes to a psychiatrist and talks to him constantly.
The Egyptian singer added she thinks talking to a psychiatrist is better than telling her secrets to a friend who could expose them.
During her interview in the program “Takharif” (Fairytails) with presenter Wafaa Al Kilani on MBC channel, she revealed that her doctor is American and that she communicates with him through an interpreter.
She continued to say that she was taking medication, but not for depression, as she has suffered from obsessive-compulsive disorder after having her daughters and still is.
Sherine revealed that she tried to commit suicide more than once and asked God to forgive her, stressing that it is a difficult experience that she does not wish for anyone, but she did not mention the reason for her thinking of suicide.
In another story, Abdel Wahab recently released her “Hobbo Ganna” (His Love is Paradise) on her YouTube channel, which is the second video from her latest album, “Nasai” (Forgetful).
Sherine Abdel Wahab’s husband Hossam Habib appears in the song as they appear together in romantic moments, but she hid his face and he appears only from the sides and back.
